Moov is intended to include a 12-month commercial warranty. The final document will define its start date, covered defects, exclusions and the available repair or replacement process.
Requesting help
Keep proof of purchase. If a problem occurs, describe what happened and contact the published support channel for troubleshooting and claim instructions. A warranty claim is separate from signing up for product emails.
Other rights
This commercial warranty is intended to sit alongside any statutory protections that apply to your purchase. It does not remove them. No final waterproofing conditions or warranty exclusions have been published yet.
