Where we plan to ship
We aim to ship worldwide to supported destinations. Final availability depends on the shipping services and markets enabled at checkout. We will publish exclusions before taking orders.
Costs and timing
Shipping charges and available services will be shown before payment. Dispatch and delivery are separate stages: production completion does not mean a parcel has arrived. Confirmed estimates will be provided with the campaign.
Customs and delivery questions
The handling of import duties and taxes is still being finalised. The final policy will explain any charges the recipient is responsible for and how to report a parcel that has not arrived.
